e)   Adaptability- 10 points (max.)

f)     Arranged Employment- 10 points (max.)

The points are given depending upon how strong your profile is, and you are required to get all your documents verified. Important documents are:

d)   Qualifying WES report

e)   IELTS score card

f)     Medicals

g)   Police clearance certificate

1.   Express Entry Program

This program is for skilled workers seeking immigration. It is the best option for qualified candidates. The basic requirements to gain entry to the program are:

1.   Age under 40 years

2.   Graduate in any stream

3.   2-3 years of work experience

4.   Good English language skills

5.   Financial stability

The program is used to select immigrants for three Federal economic immigration programs, namely- Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), and Canadian Express Class (CEC).

Express Entry has the fastest processing time as compared to the other programs, and it even allows you to bring your family members.

 

2.   Family Sponsorship

Family unification is one of the features of Canadian Immigration policy. If your family member is already a Canadian citizen or PR, they can sponsor yours too, provided they are above 18 years of age.

Requirements for being a sponsor:

1.   Able to support their family

2.   Not be under a removal order of PR

3.   Not be bankrupt

4.   Not be charged with a serious offense

Also, you can sponsor your spouse and children under the age of 22 (there are exceptions to this)

There are around 80 different PNPs with different eligibility criteria. However, this program will require you to reside in a specific province after arriving in Canada.

5.   Quebec Skilled Work Visa

1.    You will be assessed as per the rules of the program, and if you get the certificate, it will show that the province of Quebec has accepted you as an immigrant

2.   Once you get the certificate, then you must apply to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada for PR.

Minimum requirements for Quebec skilled workers are:

1.   Education- Diploma or Bachelors

2.   Educational area of training- should be in C category

3.   Minimum 6 months of work experience

4.   Age- up to 42 years

5.   Language ability- French Min. B2 level
